Job Description
1. Can independently handle the product operation work of the department, including but not limited to collecting and sorting out the product requirements of the department, liaising with product managers, following up on requirements, and tracking the performance of products after launch.
2. You will be able to establish effective data tracking mechanisms based on operational goals and product status, drive the optimization of operational plans according to business development requirements, and be responsible for the implementation and execution of online product promotion activities to achieve KPI targets.
3) Continuously monitor product performance, analyze user behavior, needs, and competitor movements, and conduct competitive analysis.
4. Based on the current operation status, productize existing processes to optimize business efficiency.
Job Requirements
1. Have good analytical skills and logical thinking, responsible, able to handle pressure, and can complete projects independently.
2) Have keen insight, independent analytical ability, strong learning and innovation ability, and good language expression skills.
3) Have a passion for product operations, and are enthusiastic about innovation and tackling challenging problems.
4. Able to create PRD, prototype diagrams, and prioritize candidates with experience in banking or familiarity with installment e-commerce, community e-commerce, or online earning industries.
5. Have good resilience, strong execution ability, and strong learning ability.
